What a year 2013 turned out to be too! From complex multi-story Drying & Mitigation Projects, to assisting a customer through their first claim which, though relatively minor, was complex to her. It was our pleasure to be there to help all of our customers through a claims process that can be inredibly stressful.
2013 saw the welcoming of Penny Mason to our company as our Sales and Service Manager, who was excited to get out to start meeting everyone! If you haven’t met her yet, you will soon!
In the past year we have worked hard to continue to set ourselves apart from “cleaning companies” attempting to perform this work. As a True Indoor Environmental Expert, Disaster Blaster remains the only company able to handle the breadth of services that we provide. From Fire Damage Services, Water Damage Mitigation, and Mold Remediation, to highly regulated industries such as Asbestos Abatement and Radon Mitigation and everything in between, we are truly able to handle it all. 2013, as with prior years, saw some duplication, but there’s only one Disaster Blaster!
